First let me say I love your xm spotlight module. I have been using it with for a while now. I am building a new website and I am using xoops cube.

I noticed that this site is running cube.

The problem I am having is that with xoops cube the spotlight image upload does not work. The submit button is there but I am unable to enter the image source.

I am using mod_xmspotlight...a2_12312006.zip.

I am using xoopscube Legacy 2.1 rc.

Do you have any advice?

So The Problem: text for the url to the image is not saving (ex: http://www.bandit-x.net/themes/gray_forest/logo.gif), when the submit button is pressed
Using: XooPS Cube Legacy 2.1 rc

. I haven't tested it with Legacy yet. so i'll check into it.

ok found two problems. the update module in xmspotlight no longer works. and the blocks admin in xmspotlight doesnt work. (no biggie really)..

well I installed legacy on my computer . and i tried to install xmspotlight before installing the news module.. (which will cause problems) . since it doesnt create the field in the news module's table. so try updating the xmspotlight module with the ' Legacy System »» Module Management ' screen..that will create the fields in the news module's tables. see if that fixes the problem

Yes I already had the news module installed.

The spotlight modules works with no errors with the news module. Tho only problem is the spotlight image.

The problem is a missing text box to enter the url. The submit button shows. There is no where to enter the url.

If you have no problem with it... it must be my environment.

I am using php5 and mysql5. Could be a clue. I can change my environment easy enough.

What is your environment?

Thank you for checking it out.

I changed the environment to:
PHP 4.3.11
MySql 4.1.21-standard

Seems to be an incapability problem with xoops cube Legacy.

My Bad. I did not do this. It works perfectly.

The UI is somewhat confusing.
